| My apologies for sounding upset. It took some time to figure out what was wrong with the flight.. You guys delivered very quickly to the US, had the best prices around, and the Gift Package was absolutely great !! No other website carried that for the CB180Q. Flying time is great, powerful heli, and flies with ease with stability. The site said it would take around 6-10 days and it took 7. The fact that I could track the mail from the origin was great, without having to go to a totally different site to see where the package was. Great experience, and wouldnt hesitate for a second to buy stuff from you guys again.. |

I wish to inform you that items of the order 40778 have come and in perfect conditions.
The only annoying thing is that Italian customs (Post Office !!!) charged me about 24 USD for Post Rights.
That's funny, since the first package, much bigger and heavier (kg 6.3), came with no problems.
Now I'm waiting for the "big" package (CB100 with alu case, UFly and Honey Bee King III) which is very late, and I expect that it has been stopped by the customs to be checked and perhaps charged with some further tax...
I think they might have seen that too much stuff is coming to the same person and this can be strange or anyway to be controlled.
The two packages left Hong Kong the same day (18.12.09) and the one with spare parts, HM 4#3 and a CB100 arrived on the 28th, whilst the other one is still on the way.
By the way I want to thank you because the helis are very beautiful and the packaging very good, and above all I want to thank you because I have seen that you put some free spare parts in the boxes as you said.
I will review HeliPal soon and till now everything has come out well. |

| Hi guys I just recieved my brand new EC-135 Lama in the post not anymore than 7 working days since ordering it online from your awesome web site. I want EVERYONE to know that you guys are BEYOND professional man !!
The kit was wrapped to perfection, not a single fold out of place then string-tied so that post staff would better handle it with care and evident from the boxes almost perfect shape ( no major deformities ) upon arrival.
What REALLY REALLY impressed me most was the way the Helli comes so snug-packed and all my extra's ordered were same same. The CORRECT charger adapter was also included AND ( believe it or not ) the adapter fits the charger pins with precision tightness !!
I DONT need to go on about the kit and how BEAUTIFUL it looks and how great it will fly when I do. AT LAST !!

As for as the Cb 180D, it's very strong and very crash resistant This is a heli that I personally think that is marked wrong. It's not really for the beginners but for the immediate flyers. If your a beginner, then with a little practice, you will have it down. Also, the Cb 180D is VERY fast! I had mine to fly by me like it was doing 20 miles per hour !!! Very good surprise. To me, this is the best 4 channel fixed pitch helicopter that you can buy! Forget about going through the other companies and paying that out ragous price for over night and 2nd day when you can get it in 3 to 4 days from Jacky!!!

| I am new to RC heli. These little RC for beginners are not hard to master. I bought my fisrt RC heli without a gyro. Then again just starting out, I had no idea what to look for. I saw this one, but for some reason I decided not to get it. Purchased a different one from another site. It was OK to start with. Practice is the best to master these little RC heli. There are two problems with the first one. 1. the copter battery is charged via the controller so you have to keep changing batteries. 2. you really have to keep trimming it. Long story short. I should have listened to my gut feeling on this one. With the gyro it is very stable. Charging the copter battery from an USB saves on controller batteries. I fly it inside. The small profile is just right to fly around the house. Thanks Jack Lee for this great little RC copter.

About an hour ago, I received from the Greek Post the parcel with my Walkera Lama 400D and all other ordered spares.
First thing to point out, is the absolutely secure (almost bomb-proof) packaging.
Everything arrived in perfect order, untouched, securelly fastened inside the box and safely packaged.
Second thing to point out, is your extremely fast shipping.
Though every parcel arriving to Greece originating from a non-EU country passes obligatory from the Customs (which is a very delaying procedure),

I tested the Lama 2 immediately and was stunned that a so small helicopter can perform like that!!
The thing flies incredibly stable, even the tail seems to be glued into its positon in the air.
The battery is so tiny but lasts for almost 10 minutes!!
I even tried to fly the Lama2 outdoors - it performed breathtakingly as long as there´s no wind!!

Just thought I would send a big thanks for the handling of my order for the Walkera 4#3B heli.
- Great delivery ! 4 days delivery on the door to the other side of the world :-)
- I think you have reasonable prices
- Marked as "gift" made no customs to be added
- writing very "sloppy" for customs value, made the custom not to bother to much I think.
- The heli is just what I had hoped for (after testing several others on the marked). I needed a serious indoor traning heli for my to practice full scale for my Nexus 30 nitro copter. Even if this is a bit unstable, it's great practise....
I have showed this heli to several RC friends, recommended your site, and I will be very supprised if you don't receive an order for one or more to Norway/Trondheim soon......
