confirm very good heli performance and construction: it's tough, and flies well. Who has not got it yet, must buy one (if you already got a Walkera transmitter, you will buy the BODY ONLY) and fly outdoor even with a little wind... ...

Durable and tough, I have whacked mine into the furniture hard enough to crack the canopy and it hasn't broken any of its mechanics yet. It took me (a beginner with about an hour on a coaxial) about 20 batteries worth of flying to learn to fly it in circuits and 8s around a pretty small room. It has the solid feel in the air I was looking for. Get some time on a sim or coaxial, and buy this little beauty.
Lots of fun and tough as nails.
I can't see how a FP heli could be any more stable than this one. ...

the longer I fly this CB100, the more I like it, and appreciate the designer and engineering work made by Walkera. I think it's a top liner, and that it is worth ev'ry penny it costs. They succeeded on mixing performance with stability... guys, if the future of basic helis goes along this way, WOW, I'll just wait for a new incoming release by Walkera... MORE than 5 stars
And it's also very very tough.
If you already got a WK2402 transmitter, you can get the Body Only version.
Remember that performance has a counterbalance: pay attention on too quick manoeuvres (and of course to sudden variations of "relative wind" = turbolence): STALLS ! (generally falling down with the tail...). ...

to F.Ojeda:
you'd better send an e-mail to HeliPal, anyway you first check the weight balance (Centre of Gravity) of the Heli with its battery installed (refer to use manual how to do).
Better the nose a bit heavy...
Then you must check servos NOR/REV on your transmitter, maybe they are not correct: if they are not correct, it is also dangerous, because the heli can go to the opposite direction you want... ...

again: starting flying this cb100 outside, you can appreciate how much is performing compared with (my) Lama 2... Little wind is much less a problem for the cb100, and speed is impressive for such a little kid. Very good handling though quick responsiveness to the sticks. You won't get boring, flying it!. A very good compromise between a coaxial and an upper heli, and a good start to improve your confidence with these machines.
I think that CB100 can be the first choice if you do not want to get ALSO a coaxial, which anyway remains very good for flying indoor in small spaces. ...

to me the same as other people who write here: I ordered both Lama2-1 and CB100. Lama was ordered after the CB 100 but it arrived earlier because the CB100 delayed at the customs. So I started flying tha Lama which is my first REAL heli: it's fantastic, as I reviewed it on its section. A friend of mine who had received his CB100 in advance told me the little bird is a bit quick and nervous... so I was worry about. In the meanwhile I have been practising with the small Lama for a week, and today the CB100 evenctually arrived...
Ehi, what HeliPal reviews is all true!!!! From the suggestion to begin with a coaxial heli to the precise tips on each model.
And this single rotor heli really combines the looking with the function. It's nearly a coaxial, this Hiller stabilzer is pretty amazing! I can say I'm not good at all with RC but I managed it in less than 2sq. meter room !!! It is a bit quicker and of course less stable than the Lama, but you can work it out.
And when I flew back the Lama, it seemed to fly a sleeping bird.
It's totally worth the money, both are, with free training kit, a spare battery (a really very good Storm 700 mAh 20 C, top of the 3.7V ones), spare main blades and tail blade. Fantastic.
Remember a couple of things:
1) do not fly outdoor except when the wind is calm
2) when you start with the CB100, let it run a few seconds with very little throttle to let the tail rotor to spin and make its job, otherwise the heli makes some very quick turns on itself...
And to give the icing on the cake: Walkera quality seems to give a punch to the others: details, materials, and above all its WK 2402 transmitter: CHOOSE a Heli Model by Walkera but go over all the ones with a WK 2401 and jump to any one you like but equipped with this really beautiful lcd transmitter (WK 2402): in few seconds you can change NOR to REV and fly all your Walkera 4 Ch helis using or carrying just one radio. It is also very very well made and superb looking.
Compared with an ESky transmitter, the WK 2402 is simply stratospherical, it's really a great pleasure to hold it and to look at it, beyond the fact that is technically good. ...

I loved my coax heli and wanted to progress. I bought the 4g3 3D heli from Helipal. Finding it too much of a jump in skill. SO IMPRESSED with Helipal website and delivery to SOUTH AFRICA of all places I ordered the CB100 as soon as I saw it become available. Fantastic Heli - the perfect step up from coax, not too hard and not too easy. Great service, price and delivery again from Helipal. This is certainly on of the best online sites I have used among many. Well done Helipal. You will not be dissapointed with a CB100 (Although time on coax is a good idea, this heli may even be OK for first timers - just get the training kit, a spare tail boom and flybar. The screwdriver set is also great!) ...

Great little heli to fly indoors with. Runs fine out of the box (some minor trimming ofc). Very stable and easy to fly, perfect for people coming from coax-helis.
Speedy delivery as always from Jacky, ordered it Monday night ("late-ish"), got it Friday morning (07:30), and that's from Hong Kong to Stockholm, Sweden.
I would really recommend this heli for anyone that has got bored with coax helis and want to move on to fly single rotor. This is a "in between" type of heli. The perfect next step up. ...

This has been a great experience so far. Just got this heli 2 days ago and have put 4 flights on it so far and find nothing wrong. Took only 6 days to arrive in Reno Nv. from Hong Kong, wow!Great price for how well constucted and thought out this heli is. This new walkera intermediate transmitter is nicer than expected also with a nicely backlit screen. I would have to say two thumbs up!!! ...
