Well I must say that they provide what thaye say! I ordered on 3 October and am up and flying on the 11th October, shipped to Canada and dealing with Canada Customs leaves a lot to be desired 8 days very impressed.
The Heli itself was very nice and i am hovering with no issues. The biggest issue is the lack of overall instructions. If you are new, get help!!! The length of time to be left on the charger is not mentioned, i wish it did.
For the price if you are ready this is good quality for the money!

Ok - I did not believe Jacky when he said its a great heli. Although it looks like a Copter X, the Storm quality and setup is much better. Helipal is doing a great job supporting the Storm brand. I really like this heli and look forward to using it in a fuselage.

Ottimo elicottero...perfetto per chi è ancora un pricipiante..consiglio l acquisto combinato del training kit, che vi aiuta a evitare la rottura dell elicottero!!naturalmente parlo da principiante..
In ogni caso ottima la spedizione, e la velocità con cui viene evaso l ordine...consiglio veramente a tutti!!!

I got this Helicopter last week. I can just recommand it.. he is very stable and the quality of the product is very good. I had never more fun with another.. For me 10 of 10 Points..

Elicottero eccellente per i principianti, stabili e robusto.
Doti di volo buone, il modello risponde bene ai comandi ed è già pronto al volo subito fuori di scatola.Grazie a helipal.com e Ruggero Santi(rugrug).

Thankyou helipal this helicopter is great you have set it up nicely i can hover it but still learning but its very stable and i know im going to have fun with this heli the price was great and the heli is very strong and im very happy i chose you and the delivery time was awesome with me within 5 days and you kept me up to date all the way i would most definitely buy from you again thankyou helipal:)

I love this helicopter! It is the best flying helicopter I've flown up to this point. I upgraded to the Spektrum DX6i transmitter and Helipal set it up for me before shipping it out. I've ordered alot of things through Helipal and will continue to do so. They send out quality products and the shipping time to Texas is lightning fast. Keep up the good work guys!

Muy buen helicoptero para iniciarse en esta categoría.
El precio del helicoptero y los recambios están bastante bien de precio. Aparte, venden luego el kit de piezas de aluminio para mejorarlo una vez se domina el manejo.
Compra recomendada.
Destacar también el gran soporte que oferece Helipal (Jacky Lee).
