For beginners, you always want something "Durable" and "Easy to Fly", I know because I was a beginner too. This JC 9C001 is made for this purpose, I know the canopy looks a bit funny, because factory tend to aim this product for the young "4-Channel First Time Player", but don't worry, you can put the "better looking" 9C002 Canopy on this, it fits. The mechanical parts are very well developed, flight performance is excellent, thanks to the elastic material on the frame and rotor head, it seldom breaks, which is a great news for any first time player. I gave this to a 5 year old kid and his mother for practicing whole afternoon, it still survive at the end of the day. Field tested, best for beginners! It's durable and it's a Ready to Fly package, came inside the box - Transmitter, Helicopter, Heli Batteries (not transmitter battery), you can charge the Heli battery using the Transmitter or using the USB cable, it's convenient.
