| 5. I am new to RC Helicopter. Any advice? |
 RC Helicopter is much more difficult to control than a RC car. You have to control the helicopter in 3 dimension and 4 directions (including up/down, left/right, forword/backward, rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise) at the same time. A hovering helicopter in the sky is affected by wind and many factors. If you son't know how to control it, you may crash it.
If you are completely new to this hobby, do not start from a high performance helicopters such as Honey Bee King II and Belt-CP. You will crash them in 5 seconds. Lama V3, Lama V4 and Co-Comanche are good for beginners. Thanks to the well designed coaxial counter-rotating blades and stabilizer, they are very stable and relatively easy to control. They come with USB cable and flight simulation software so that you can practice them in your computer as well.
If you can control your Lama and flight simulator very well. For example, you can hover the helicopter in the air, move it up/down, forward/backward, left/right, you can consider a helicopter with better performance such as Honey Bee King II and Belt-CP. Do not forget to order a training kit for your helicopter if you are not well-experienced in this hobby
Reapir, calibration and adjustment are parts of the game. Many advanced users spend hours to calibrate their helicopters to get perfect flight. If you do not want to fix it and calibrate it yourself, do not start this hobby because you will be disappointed. The learning curve of RC helicopter is lengthy but it is really very fun when you get used to it.

Some customers reported that some online sellers spend over 3 business days or even 1 week to process an order. It is too slow for our service standard. According to our experience, over 95% parcels can reach our customer on time. Less than 5% parcels may experience a postal delay or customs inspection. No one can guarantee the shipping time because it invloves some factors that no one can control. |

Many customers have asked this question becuase they have bad experience before. They have ordered somethings from other online shop and paid for that. However, all they got is an e-mail claimed that the products they wanted are out of stock.
All products in our web-site are in-stock. Products that are out-of-stock have been removed by our system automatically. You cannot order them or even see them in our web-site. |

According to our experience, over 90% parcels can reach our customers ontime. Less than 10% parcels may experienced a postal delay or customs inspection.
Our customers in the following countries have reported some shipping problems. Here are the summary.
For customers in Egypt, please do not order any radio equipment(eg. a Readt-To-Fly helicopter, rc transmitter...) because parcel with radio equipment is not allowed for your customs.
For customers in Italy, please do not select EMS Speed Post if your parcel contains any battery. Your delivery agent of EMS SpeedPost works so hard to check every parcel.

| 11. Can two RC helicopters in same frequency range (eg.72MHz) fly together? |
 You can fly them together if their channels are not the same. There are many channels in each frequency range. For example: a helicopter in 72.81MHz does not interfere with another helicopter in 72.19Mhz.
If you have ordered 2 helicopters at the same order, we will send them in different channels so that you can fly them together without interference even they are both 72MHz.
If you already have a helicopter and want to order another helicopter from us, please write down the existing frequency/channel of your helicopter in ''Comment'' box in checkout page so that we can send you the helicopter in another channel. |
