NAZA is a lightweight multi-axis control platform specially designed for aeromodel hobbyists. It is a small all-in-one module. It has D-Bus support, upgrade support, and extendible port.
Different from WooKong-M for heavy payloads and aero photography, NAZA not only inherits the outstanding flight stability of DJI products, but also provides excellent maneuverability, which gives hobbyists wonderful flight experience.
Difference between NAZA-M Lite, NAZA-V1 and NAZA-V2?
NAZA-M V1 is discontinued in Mid 2013 and replaced with NAZA-M V2, they put some extendability on the NAZA-M V2 and price went up, to fill the entry level gap they launched the NAZA-M Lite, basically the same with NAZA-M V1, but CANNOT extend with fancy gadgets like PMU (Power Management Unit / BEC), Zenmuse Camera Gimbal, iOSD On Screen Display unit or Ground Station Data Link. However, price for the NAZA-M Lite is really good and it gives same stability and GPS Auto Hovering as the NAZA-M V2, so we think if you don't plan to play those fancy functions, stick with the NAZA-M Lite, if you plan to plug those gadgets in the future, go with the NAZA-M V2.

For entry-level enthusiasts, DJI now brings out the most cost-effective solution, the NAZA-M Lite flight control system. As the simplified version of NAZA-M, it inherits the high reliability and stability of NAZA-M. The innovative All-in-one design simplifies installation and saves space and weight. It contains inner damping, controllers, 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer and barometer in its light and small Main Controller. It can measure flying altitude, attitude and therefore can be used for autopilot/automatic control.
Advanced Altitude Stabilizing Algorithm
The advanced attitude stabilization algorithm not only inherits the outstanding flight stability of DJI products, but also provides excellent maneuverability. It is more flexible and stable, and gives the hobbyists a wonderful flight experience.
Switching Modes - GPS, Altitude or Manual
It offers three types of control modes: GPS Atti. Mode (with GPS module), Atti. Mode, Manual Mode. The pilot can switch between the three modes to achieve different flight characteristics. It also can adjust automatically within the flight environment and intelligently switch between GPS Atti. Mode and Atti. Mode to make sure the flight is safe and secure. .
GPS Module Available / Accurate Position Hold
Naza-M GPS will greatly enhance performance for entry AP with Position Hold, Return-To-Home and Intelligent Orientation Control. With GPS Module, the multi rotors will have position and altitude lock in windy conditions. Precise hovering in less than 2.5m horizontal and and 0.8m vertical.

Course Lock and Home Lock
A sweet function is called "Course Lock", when you are hovering the drone in normal 12 o'clock direction, you switch the drone to Course Lock mode, it will remember where you stand, no matter where the drone is pointing at, you can still control the drone just like standing behind it, that means you pull back the elevator stick, it will still come back to you. this is a good function for people who always mix up headings.
Lost transmitter signal? Don't worry, it will Auto Return Home
If your transmitter supports Fail-Safe , then you can set Fail-Safe output of receiver to input port-U .Naza controller has built-in auto level Fail-Safe function. That means when the communication between MC and transmitter is disconnected, the outputs of all command sticks from controller will go to center point . If your transmitter has only 4 channels, then MC will work in Atti. Mode by default without Fail-Safe function.
Two levels of battery voltage warning
In order to prevent your multi-rotor from crash or other harmful consequences caused by low battery voltage, we have designed two levels of low voltage protection. You can choose to not to use them, however we strongly recommend to open the protections!
Four ways to "Arm" the drone

Stabilizing a camera gimbal
The gimbal stabilization module is compatible with almost all 2-axis gimbal systems. The system will adjust the gimbal and camera according to the attitude of the helicopter after setting the parameters the first time.

Suitable for :
The Naza-Lite Gyro is not hard to put on any drone, including the Storm Drone (must remove the old FF Gyro first), simply follow the Naza-Lite manual downloaded from their website and you should be able to connect the cables correctly, however, the difficult part is setting up the transmitter, you need to know how to work with your transmitter like assigning functions on the 3 way switch, for that we may not able to help because every Transmitter is different.
